Role Description
We are seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sr. Merchandiser will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing customer relations, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This role also involves maintaining excellent communication with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that retail goals align with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will play a central role in building and nurturing strong partnerships with clients and ensuring product success in the market.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive client experience
- Proven expertise in sales and retail, with a focus on driving growth and achieving targets
- Experience in marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and build customer loyalty

- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects
