Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sr. Merchandisers, Merchandisers, and Jr. Merchandisers based in Perundurai. Responsibilities include managing customer orders and inquiries, coordinating production and timelines, collaborating with design and production teams, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position also involves analyzing market trends, managing relationships with retailers and suppliers, and contributing to sales and retail strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience and proficiency in Sales and Retail to manage orders and contribute to business growth
- Knowledge of Marketing techniques to better understand market trends and client demands
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to perform under pressure
- Proven experience in garment manufacturing, merchandising, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field
