Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sr. Merchandiser based in New Delhi, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sr. Merchandiser will oversee the planning, sourcing, selection, and management of merchandising activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, analyzing market trends, forecasting inventory needs, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotions and strategies. The role will also involve ensuring product quality, managing budgets, and enhancing customer satisfaction through tailored product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers, customers, and team members effectively
- Customer Service and relationship management experience to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
- Proven track record in Sales and Retail, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Marketing skills to strategize and implement product promotions and enhance brand presence
- Proficiency in inventory management, market analysis, and forecasting techniques
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt seamlessly between in-office and remote work environments
- Experience in the fashion or lingerie industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
