Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the time. As a Sr. Merchandiser, you will oversee end-to-end merchandising operations, including liaising with vendors, coordinating production timelines, ensuring quality standards, and executing effective visual merchandising strategies. You will also analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to drive sales growth and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in Sales and Retail environments with a focus on achieving revenue targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and trends to promote products effectively and drive brand growth.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with merchandising tools, data analysis, and reporting for inventory and sales performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the fashion or apparel industry is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model and manage tasks effectively from both office and remote work environments.
