- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
🤝 Strategic Alliances
- Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and brand visibility.
📊 Market Research
- Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
📈 Partner Support
- Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performance optimization.
🧩 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partner support.
🎯 Target Achievement
- Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals.
🌐 Industry Representation
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in Franchise Development
- Proven track record in franchise appointment, expansion, and management.
✅ Retail & Alliances Expertise
- Strong background in retail trade and building business alliances.
🩺 Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
- Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare domain is a plus.
🗣️ Communication & Negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
🎯 Result-Oriented Mindset
- Self-starter with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
✈️ Willing to Travel
- Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred, but not mandatory
