Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition based in Indore. The Senior Manager will lead and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process, develop and implement employer branding strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill talent needs. The role requires managing opportunities for hiring efficiency, leading interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while maintaining the highest standards in recruiting practices.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in managing a team of 10 people
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong Employer Branding and Recruiting strategy development skills
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Proven ability to develop talent pipelines and manage hiring metrics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to lead a team with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Experience in building and improving talent acquisition processes
- Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus
