About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager – Strategy & Growth to work closely with the Co-founder and leadership team. This is a high-impact role focused on driving business growth, scaling strategic initiatives, and enabling cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic driver, ensuring execution of growth priorities across sales, business development, marketing, and customer success while collaborating with product, finance, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Co-founder, driving growth-focused initiatives across business functions.
- Translate business vision into actionable growth strategies and ensure timely execution.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, customer success, and expansion programs.
- Analyze business performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and investor discussions.
- Represent the leadership team in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor departmental performance, identify gaps, and recommend growth interventions.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business goals.
Roles & Activities
- Strategy Development & Execution: Build and implement short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Growth Enablement: Drive revenue acceleration through new initiatives, process improvements, and market expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize workflows and introduce scalable systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Business Intelligence: Leverage data analytics to guide strategic decisions and measure success.
- Innovation & Expansion: Lead special projects, pilot programs, and new business opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and manage relationships with investors, partners, and key clients.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment and execution of priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, business growth, consulting, or leadership roles.
- Strong background in strategic planning, execution, and business scaling.
- Experience in sales, business development, or growth functions is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with Founders/CXOs is highly desirable.
