About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Manager with strong fundamentals and deep expertise in end-to-end SEO. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the latest SEO trends, AI-driven search, and Large Language Models (LLMs), and capable of driving organic growth through data-driven and scalable strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Own and drive the complete SEO function including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content strategy.
- Develop and execute scalable SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Lead technical SEO audits (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema implementation).
- Optimize website content using semantic SEO, topic clusters, and entity-based optimization.
- Stay updated and implement latest SEO trends (2026) including AI search (SGE), voice search, zero-click searches, and E-E-A-T principles.
- Leverage AI tools and LLMs (like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for content optimization, keyword clustering, and automation.
- Drive high-quality link-building strategies and digital PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, product, and development teams for seamless SEO execution.
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Build dashboards and present actionable insights, reports, and growth opportunities to leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content professionals.
Key Skills & Expertise- Strong command over SEO fundamentals and advanced strategies
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, crawling, indexing, and ranking algorithms
- Expertise in AI-driven SEO, LLMs, and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of search intent, semantic SEO, and content optimization
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog)
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for SEO
- Experience with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation ability
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 8–12 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience in handling international SEO and multi-region websites
- Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing
