JOB DESCRIPTION
SR Sales Manager
Experience: 10-15 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)
Industry: Cable Industry or MNC Electrical Equipment Companies only
Role Purpose
Drive sales growth, business development and key account management for electrical
products like HT & LT Cables.
Product Exposure
• HT/LT Switchgear
• Transformers
• Power & LT Cables
• Cable Accessories
• Electrical Distribution Products
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and business growth targets
• Develop utility, EPC, consultant, OEM and industrial accounts
• Manage project sales, tenders and commercial negotiations
• Drive channel partner and distributor development
• Generate market intelligence and support strategic growth initiatives
Desired Profile
• Proven track record in electrical equipment or cable sales
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Experience in project sales and channel management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
