Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage QMS activities and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and customer requirements.
• Lead audits, CAPA, root cause analysis, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, NPI project coordination, prototype builds, and SOP readiness.
• Support process validation, Cp/Cpk studies, and DFM/DFA during product development.
• Handle customer quality concerns, warranty issues, and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier quality activities including audits, PPAP approvals, SCARs, and development plans.
• Utilize automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and project tracking tools for execution and reporting.
