Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sr. Manager - Product Sourcing. The role will involve managing end-to-end product sourcing operations, building and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiencies. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying new sourcing opportunities, monitoring market trends, and overseeing the quality assurance process to uphold brand standards. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product development, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Expertise in sourcing and supply chain management, with the ability to identify cost-effective opportunities
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as product development, marketing, and logistics
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing sourcing challenges and implementing solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building productive relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for supply chain analysis and vendor management
- Relevant experience in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
