Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Process Lead (social sector) to join our team in Gurugram. The Process Lead will oversee key aspects of efficient execution of field operations and internal operations while developing and setting up workflow processes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, designing and refining processes, managing teams of field personnel, and monitoring workflow.

Qualifications
- Partner with operations teams to optimize and streamline processes for improved efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and implement process improvements
- Manage and oversee field operations and vendor relationships
- Support contracting processes and ensure smooth execution of agreements
- Collaborate with HR to scale team capacity and design incentive structures
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
What you’ll do:
- Fix broken processes and build better ones
- Internal team coordination and addressing grievances and escalations
- Manage vendors and field operations on Pan-India basis
- Own donor contracts and execution pipelines
- Workforce scaling and incentive design (with HR)
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–17 years of experience
- Strong leadership in operations/process improvement
- Exposure to AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity/Grok/Gemini
- Preferrably from Gurgaon or South Delhi location only
- Prior experience in Donor contract management is a plus
- Comfortable to handle Pan-India Operations
CTC - Between ₹13.5 LPA to ₹18 LPA
