Role Mandate Own and build the distribution engine for Capitalmind’s PMS business, with a clear mandate to scale AUM, deepen market penetration, and institutionalize a high-quality client and partner acquisition model.
This role is accountable not just for sales outcomes, but for creating a repeatable, scalable distribution architecture across channels - intermediated and institutional.
Key Responsibilities1. Distribution Strategy & Revenue Ownership- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for PMS products across HNI/UHNI and corporate segments
- Own end-to-end AUM growth, net inflows, and revenue targets
- Identify high-potential markets, client segments, and product-market fit opportunities
- Translate investment strategies into compelling distribution narratives
2. Channel Development & Partner Ecosystem- Build and scale a multi-channel distribution network including:
- Wealth advisors / IFAs
- Private banks
- Family offices
- Institutional partners / NDs
- Develop deep, strategic relationships with key partners to drive consistent inflows
- Design commercial models, incentives, and engagement frameworks for partners
3. Product Positioning & Market Feedback Loop- Work closely with the Investment and Product teams to:
- Provide real-time market feedback
- Influence product design and positioning
- Ensure alignment between what is built and what actually sells
4. Brand & Market Presence- Represent Capitalmind in industry forums, client events, and thought leadership platforms
- Strengthen the firm’s positioning in the wealth and alternatives ecosystem
Experience- 12 - 18+ years in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or financial services distribution
- Proven track record of scaling AUM and building distribution networks
- Strong exposure to HNI/UHNI segments and institutional channels
Non-Negotiables- Demonstrated ability to build distribution from scratch or scale it meaningfully
- Strong existing network across wealth ecosystem (IFAs, banks, family offices)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution depth
