About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Manager – PPC to lead and scale paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in managing large budgets, driving ROI, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end PPC strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage and scale high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, ROAS, and CAC optimization.
- Develop and implement full-funnel paid marketing strategies including acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
- Drive advanced audience segmentation, personalization, and remarketing strategies.
- Leverage AI-driven bidding strategies, automation, and campaign optimization tools.
- Oversee conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics setup using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
- Plan and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and tech teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and present data-driven insights and reports to leadership.
- Stay updated with latest PPC trends (2026) including cookieless tracking, first-party data strategies, and AI-led optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of performance marketers.
Key Skills & Expertise- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV)
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advanced tracking setups
- Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
- Experience managing multi-channel, multi-market campaigns
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation industries
- Exposure to international campaigns and large-scale budgets
