Role will be to act as a bridge between the India office and its external and internal stakeholders including the US principal staff, BOG, Industry advisory board, members & sections etc, ensuring that initiatives, achievements, and strategic directions from India are clearly articulated, well-positioned, and enthusiastically received.
Responsibilities
Organizational Image Building
• Develop a compelling narrative that reflects the India office’s capabilities, culture, and contributions.
• Craft brand-aligned messaging that reinforces innovation, reliability, and strategic value.
• Create visual and verbal identity assets (e.g., brochures, videos, presentations) tailored for internal and external audiences.
Market Positioning Communications
• Position the India office as a strategic growth engine within the global organization.
• Highlight differentiators such as talent, cost-efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Align messaging with global brand values while showcasing regional strengths.
Internal Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement
• Design internal campaigns to promote India-led initiatives to US stakeholders.
• Prepare executive briefings, newsletters, and leadership communications that demonstrate impact and progress.
• Facilitate cross-cultural understanding through storytelling, success case studies, and employee spotlights.
Content Strategy & Thought Leadership
• Develop content calendars that align with business milestones and strategic goals.
• Ghostwrite thought leadership articles, blogs, and whitepapers for India-based leaders.
• Leverage internal platforms (Microsoft Office365, Zoom, Air table) and external channels (LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups & communities, Website Blogs, industry forums) to amplify visibility.
Measurement & Feedback
• Track engagement metrics across channels to assess message resonance.
• Conduct perception audits or pulse surveys to gather feedback from US staff.
• Refine communication strategies based on insights and evolving priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, Experience in executive communications and internal campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
