Role Description
The Sr. Manager - NBD & CS will be responsible for driving the Business Development (NBD) and Client Servicing (CS) functions. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, leading pitches and proposals, and overseeing the execution of high-quality projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative and strategic solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
- Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Sales Presentations, and Negotiations
- Proficiency in Event Planning, Project Coordination, and Budget Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in the experiential/events industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
