Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore for a Sr. Manager, Manager, Dy. Manager, Assistant Manager, Sr. Engineer, or Engineer specializing in QS, Planning, Billing, Contract Management, Project Execution, Civil, QA, QC, Stores, or Accounts. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, contract management, quality assurance and control, planning and billing, and efficiently managing on-site operations. The role will require coordinating with teams, clients, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Analytical Skills to evaluate project details, manage budgets, and ensure efficient planning and execution
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Customer Service orientation to build relationships and address client needs appropriately
• Basic to advanced knowledge of Finance, including budgeting and cost management
• Educational background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and an understanding of modern construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high performance in a dynamic environment
• Experience in infrastructure development and building construction is highly desirable
