Role Description:
We're looking for a sharp, confident, and growth-driven Sr. Manager / Manager - AdSales who can drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and onboard brands across multiple business verticals.
The ideal candidate must come from an agency background and should have hands-on experience in selling digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or media solutions to brands, advertisers, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead end-to-end ad sales and business development for AdSynergix.
- Identify, pitch, onboard, and manage clients across multiple verticals such as BFSI, e-commerce, D2C, Education, Real Estate, Healthcare, Gaming, Fintech, Travel, and App-based businesses.
- Independently lead client calls, discovery meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and closure discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups, deal tracking, and revenue forecasting.
- Conduct market research to identify new brands, advertisers, agencies, industry trends, competitor movements, and campaign opportunities.
- Understand client objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions based on their business goals.
- Work across digital advertising models including CPS, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPM, CPA, and other performance-driven models.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, onboarding, execution, delivery, reporting, and client servicing.
- Develop strong relationships with brands, media agencies, affiliate networks, and performance marketing teams.
- Track sales performance, revenue targets, client feedback, and campaign opportunities on a regular basis.
Requirements:-
- Must have prior experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, performance marketing agency, affiliate network, media agency, or AdTech company.
- Strong experience in client acquisition, client onboarding, and revenue generation.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing business models such as CPS, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPM, and CPA.
- Ability to confidently lead sales calls, present solutions, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Strong existing network with brands, agencies, advertisers, or performance marketing teams will be preferred.
- Experience in onboarding clients across multiple verticals is a must.
- Strong market research, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage pipeline, targets, follow-ups, and reporting with ownership.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Previous connections with agencies, global brands, advertisers, or media partners will be an added advantage.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with affiliate campaigns, lead generation campaigns, app install campaigns, influencer campaigns, or media buying campaigns.
- Knowledge of tools like CRM platforms, Google Sheets, campaign dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Understanding of advertiser KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, install quality, and campaign ROI.
