Job Summary:
· This position is responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing and communication solutions for Aequs Infra, combining strong execution capabilities with strategic oversight to drive brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
· The role encompasses comprehensive campaign management, digital marketing, content development, and event management, while also supporting product launches and internal communication initiatives.
· Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, the role demands agility, adaptability, creativity, and a strong process orientation.
· Hand on expertise of modern marketing tools and analytics is key to ensuring effective outcomes and continuous brand advancement.
Responsibilities:
· Plan & Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
· Content Creation & Management: Create compelling content for digital platforms, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
· Corporate Events, trade events & Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, and high-profile stakeholder visits.
· Product Launch Support: Plan and execute marketing activities for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and launch events.
· Digital & Social Media Marketing: Drive engagement through social media strategies, digital campaigns, and analytics-driven optimization.
· Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence.
· Agency & Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
· Internal Communications: Support employee engagement initiatives, intranet content, and internal branding activities.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, and communications, ideally within B2B or infrastructure sectors.
- Exposure to commercial real estate, infrastructure, or related industries will be considered an added advantage.

· Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and performance analytics.
· Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with a flair for impactful storytelling and brand messaging.
· Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.
· Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
