Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior growth marketer who can operate across strategy and execution to drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role within the core marketing team, working closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities, launch initiatives quickly, and scale what works.
Ideal for someone who can move fast and execute independently in a D2C/B2C environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy, Channel Ownership & Execution
- Own and scale growth channels such as referrals, creator/affiliate programs, offline partnerships, and new acquisition opportunities.
- Identify funnel growth opportunities and turn them into clear execution plans.
- Test new ideas, scale successful initiatives, and drive channel targets.
- Optimize landing pages, app journeys, and campaign touchpoints to improve funnel metrics.
- Partner with product, design, and tech to improve customer journeys and remove friction.
CRM, Lifecycle Marketing & Analytics
- Build and optimize automated journeys across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels.
- Drive programs for lead nurturing, activation, referrals, repeat purchase, and retention.
- Use segmentation and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Track channel performance across CAC, ROI, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Analyze campaign and customer data to generate insights and improve performance.
Pre-requisites
- 6+ years of growth marketing experience in B2C/D2C brands
- Strong ownership mindset with experience managing budgets and performance targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM/automation tools such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Gupshup, or Kaleyra
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
