Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work) for a Sr. Manager - FutureTech and CSR Programs. The role involves spearheading the strategy, planning, and execution of FutureTech and CSR initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for managing program deliverables, budgeting, and reporting while building strong relationships with corporate clients, philanthropic organizations, and government stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, analyzing program performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing needs and feedback proactively.
Qualifications
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to plan, implement, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Bachelors in Engineering with IT / CS, BCA, MCA, with masters degree in management is preferred
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners effectively
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through problem-solving and understanding client needs
- Experience in developing partnerships with corporate, philanthropic, and government entities is an advantage
- Capability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and manage workload efficiently
