Job Title- Finance Controller - Job Description
Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, NCR
Work Arrangement: Requires a minimum of 9 working days per month from the Chennai office, with the remaining days flexible to be worked from any of the other listed locations.

Key Responsibilities
- US Accounting: Collaborate with the US team to provide global accounting and finance support. Responsible for managing the financial tools to deliver the on-time and accurate reports. Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, financial forecasting, and cash management strategies to maximize efficiency and growth. Analyze variances and report on financial performance.
- Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Team Management: Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required. In addition to that, CA or CMA candidates are preferrable.
- Experience: 8 + Years’ experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance. Candidates who have experience of working with US Accounting are preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to manage a team and drive financial performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with advanced Excel skills.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to both India and US offices.
