We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager who is a qualified CA or an Intermediate CA with significant hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and drive strategic financial planning across the organization. This is a leadership role suited for professionals ready to own financial accountability at the organizational level.
Financial Management
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and liquidity planning
Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and applicable regulations
- Manage ROC filings and corporate legal compliances
Strategic & Analytical
- Provide financial insights and MIS reports to senior leadership
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive profitability
- Support business decisions through scenario modeling and financial analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams for business planning
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships and credit facilities
- Oversee fund management, investments, and treasury operations
- Manage loan disbursements, repayments, and interest cost monitoring
- Ensure bank reconciliations and fund flow statements are current
Required Qualifications
Qualified CA or Intermediate CA (IPCC cleared) from ICAI
7-10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and GST framework
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books or similar ERP systems
