We are seeking a Sales Manager with 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to build and lead TartanHQ's sales team. You will drive revenue growth through a full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing. Your expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management, and customer relationship building will be critical to scaling sales operations and expanding our customer base in the HR/payroll tech market. Key KPIs
Monthly revenue targets: 100% achievement Pipeline coverage: 3x quota minimum Win rate: 30%+ Average deal cycle: <45 days
