Role OverviewWe are looking for a result-driven Ecommerce Executive who understands marketplace algorithms, platform dynamics, and sales growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and scaling online sales across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Pepperfry.
This role requires someone who can execute, optimize, and grow sales, not just manage listings.
Key Responsibilities· Manage day-to-day operations across ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, etc.)
· Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-focused content to improve visibility and conversions
· Understand platform algorithms and implement strategies to improve rankings and sales performance
· Plan and execute promotions, deals, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth
· Monitor product performance, traffic, conversion rates, and take corrective actions
· Handle inventory coordination to ensure stock availability and avoid missed sales
· Work with marketing teams to align on campaigns, ads, and seasonal pushes
· Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and marketplace insights
· Ensure smooth order processing, returns handling, and customer experience
Preferred Candidate Profile· Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry)
· Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and listing optimization
· Proven ability to drive sales growth on ecommerce platforms
· Good analytical skills with experience in tools like Microsoft Excel
· Basic knowledge of inventory systems like Tally is a plus
· Highly execution-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Strong coordination and communication skills
