The Opportunity
Queen Elizabeth’s School, Gurugram is seeking a highly driven and analytical Senior Digital Marketing professional to lead performance marketing for Queen Elizabeth’s international education portfolio. This role will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, funnel optimization and revenue contribution across key markets (India and UAE), with a strong focus on scaling high-quality student acquisition.
The Role
1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own and manage paid media channels: Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Display.
- Drive high-quality lead acquisition from India and Dubai for QE Gurugram and QE Dubai.
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead (CPL), cost per enrolment (CPE) and ROI.
2. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Manage full funnel: Lead → Application → Offer → Enrolment (L2E).
- Work closely with sales/admissions teams to improve conversion rates (L2A, L2O, L2E).
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and user journeys.
3. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for:
- Lead Generation Campaigns for School Recruitment.
- Open Days / Events.
4. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse performance using GA4, CRM, PBI, Zoho CRM and marketing dashboards.
Provide insights on:
- Channel performance.
- Lead quality.
- Revenue attribution.
- Build daily/weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
5. Budget Management
- Own and manage significant monthly budgets across channels.
- Allocate spends based on performance and ROI.
- Ensure adherence to approved marketing budgets and DRR targets.
6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with:
- Admissions teams.
- Creative & content teams.
- Brand team.
- External agencies.
- Align marketing efforts with business targets and enrolment goals.
7. Experimentation & Growth
- Drive A/B testing across creatives, landing pages and messaging.
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities.
- Stay updated with latest trends in education marketing & digital acquisition.
The Person
- 10–12 years in performance marketing / digital marketing.
- Strong experience in lead generation business (school education preferred).
- Experience handling international markets is a plus.
Deep expertise in executing:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytics tools (GA4, CRM systems).
Strong understanding of:
- Conversion funnels.
- Attribution models.
- Retargeting strategies.
- Analytics.

- Highly data-driven and result-oriented.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
