Broad outline of the Role
- The role is part of the Human resource centre of excellence and will be an expert Compensation & Benefits. Responsible for designing and implementing the compensation processes, frameworks, policy standards or operational plans based on the organization and business strategy. This is a strategic & tactical role which contributes to defining the direction of the strategic & operating plans based on the business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit's overall results.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- MBA or a post graduate degree in HR
- 4-8 years of experience in HR
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Experienced in Compensation, Benefits and Incentive strategy, planning, processes
- Deep domain knowledge of different HR areas like compensation and benefits
- Adept at using HR technologies and tools for data analytics and solutioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven conceptualization skills
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing compensation glocal policies and frameworks aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Drive Global compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and internal equity frameworks
- Institutionalizing process, drive the end-to-end deployment plan.
- Understand the nuances of new Labour code, its impact on the employee and the organization
- Drive analytics and decision-grade insights on compensation matters
- Ensure that the incentive design delivers pay for performance and drive performance culture in the organization.
- Develop NRC proposal on compensation and incentive matters
- Develop and deliver programs that address the organizations needs on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the company's geographies.
- Get detailed understanding of requirements and develop or modify solution accordingly.
- Manage Governance of programs and track effectiveness of initiatives
- Conduct current state assessments such as competency checks, assessment tests, etc. against required capability for the entire hierarchy; Prepare gap analysis report; Identify the critical skills or competencies or solutions that need to be built.
- End to end Program manage intervention, manage communications related to the interventions.
- Ensure consistent deployment of initiatives across all areas of the business, whilst also taking into consideration uniqueness of certain business areas.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions related to policies, processes, and initiatives.
- Supporting with geography specific plans, design and roll out of companywide incentive/benefits programs
