Broad outline of the Role
Talent Acquisition is responsible globally for all FTE and FTC external hiring as well as internal talent mobility. TA is the face of Tata Communications and you'll be the front line of all APAC hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Talent Acquisition and being able to work on end to end recruitment across the region as well as supporting other regions
- A head hunter and a stronger researcher with a strong focus on direct hiring
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and pipeline accordingly
- Have an eye for details, innovation & be able to relate it to execution on the ground
- Support HR initiatives by consolidating data, performing in-depth analysis, summarizing results and key trends Lead employer branding initiatives in the region
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
- Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment, engage with leadership roles and have tolerance to ambiguity
- Good Listening abilities with solution-driven approach
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Collaboration & Team Skills
- Ability to articulate ideas into workable projects Must have effective communication skills, strong internal customer service orientation and employee relations skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and prioritize work based on demand.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word.
- Strong statistical, analytical, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and have proven record of maintaining sensitive information
- Experience recruiting across APAC
- Experience recruiting cross-functionally with notable experience in Commercial (Sales, Presales, Marketing etc) and Technology (Engineering, Product etc) recruitment
- Ideally mix of Talent Acquisition and Agency-side experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Work in an agile manner with all stakeholders
- Ability to research, Market map and head hunt talent from market
- Ability to work in a dynamic multicultural environment and engage with leaders.
