Job Summary
You will be the key executor responsible for the daily management and performance tracking of Hoora's digital content across organic and paid channels. Your mission is to ensure timely content deployment, community engagement, and data collection necessary to support the broader brand storytelling and performance marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organic Content Management & Growth
- Platform Ownership (Mandatory): Own the content calendar, scheduling, and publishing across key organic channels, primarily YouTube and Instagram.
- Creative Execution: Coordinate the final creation and adaptation of visual assets (videos, Reels, posts) to ensure they are optimized for each platform's best practices.
- Community Management: Monitor comments, engage with the audience, and surface recurring customer feedback or trends.
2. Inorganic & Performance Support
- Performance Assets Coordination: Act as the liaison between the Content and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring all required creative assets and ad copies are delivered accurately and on time for paid campaigns (Ads).
- Influencer Management: Manage the logistics, contracts, and content deliverables for smaller-scale Influencer campaigns, ensuring clear communication of brand messages.
- Content Tagging & Tracking: Ensure all published content (organic and paid) is correctly tagged and set up for tracking by the Analytics team.
3. Reporting & Content Quality
- Content Quality: Conduct final checks on all content to ensure strict adherence to the defined brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Basic Reporting: Assist the team by compiling basic weekly performance reports on organic reach, engagement, and content performance metrics across Instagram and YouTube.
4. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience (Mandatory): 2–3 years of practical experience managing social media platforms or coordinating content for a brand, preferably in the D2C or service sector.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of content best practices for YouTube and Instagram (especially Reels).
- Coordination Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, liaise effectively between creative and marketing teams, and handle asset delivery.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a keen eye for engaging content and a fundamental understanding of marketing funnels.
- Bonus: Basic familiarity with performance metrics (e.g., CPA, engagement rates) and how they relate to creative content.
