Role Overview

We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development professional responsible for building and curating a premium inventory of luxury properties under exclusive mandates.

This role is critical to strengthening the firm’s positioning in the Secondary luxury real estate ecosystem by onboarding marquee properties of high-net-worth individual (HNI) sellers.

The ideal candidate brings strong market relationships, negotiation capability, and a deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics.


Key Responsibilities


1. Mandate Acquisition & Inventory Building - Identify and onboard Secondary luxury & Ultra residential through :

  • Direct HNI / UHNI relationships
  • Market Penetration
  • Channel partner networks
  • Secure exclusive / sole selling mandates of Properties
  • Build and maintain a curated, high-value inventory pipeline


2. Relationship Management - Develop and nurture relationships with :

  • Private property owners
  • Family offices
  • Wealth managers & brokers
  • Position the organization as a trusted advisory partner, not just a broker 


3. Negotiation & Deal Structuring - Lead mandate discussions including:

  • Commercial terms
  • Commission structures
  • Exclusivity clauses
  • Structure win-win agreements that maximize long-term pipeline value


4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing - Work closely with internal sales teams to:

  • Align inventory with buyer demand
  • Prioritize high-conversion assets

Coordinate with marketing for:

  • Launch strategies
  • Positioning of luxury listings 


5. Brand & Market Positioning - Represent the organization at:

  • Industry events
  • Developer meets
  • Private showcases
  • Enhance brand visibility within luxury real estate circles

  • Value of inventory onboarded (₹ Crores)
  • Number of exclusive mandates secured
  • Quality score of listings (ticket size, location, developer reputation)
  • Conversion rate of onboarded inventory
  • Strategic partnerships established

Desired Candidacy :

  • Work Experience : Minimum 6 years into Business Development role with a proven track record.
  • Preferred Industry : Real Estate Consulting, Property Portals, Hospitality.
  • Communication : Excellent Written & Oral skills in English, Hindi & Bengali. Robust Presentation Skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages.
  • Personality Traits : Self Starter Attitude, Disciplined, Go Getter, Pleasing Personality, Extrovert in nature, High Standards in Integrity & Confidentiality.
  • Proven track record in mandate acquisition or high-value deal sourcing
  • Existing relationships with developers / HNIs / brokers preferred 
  • Education : Minimum Graduate in any discipline / MBA Preferred
  • Both Male & Female Candidacy equally preferred

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary matching Industry standards (up to 9 Lacs per annum) + High-performance Incentives
  • Mandate-linked bonuses (on exclusive inventory acquisition)
