Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Business Development - Electrical Engineer. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence. Responsibilities include analyzing technical specifications, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with multiple teams to secure and manage projects. The role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development, Business Development, and Sales
- The candidate should have minimum experience of 5-6 years in business development of electrical products and projects.
- The candidate should have experience of dealing with process industries, Data Centers and RE companies.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including the ability to evaluate technical specifications and market trends
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power plant automation, and transmission protection systems is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required
- Proven experience in developing and managing client relationships within the engineering or energy sector is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
