π Hiring: Sr. Manager β BMS Sales
π Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore
πΌ Experience: 5β6 Years
π’ Department: Building Management Systems (BMS)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead and drive BMS / Building Automation sales across the assigned region. The role involves business development, key account management, and revenue generation within commercial and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities
β Drive BMS sales growth in the assigned region
β Identify and develop new business opportunities
β Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
β Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
β Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions
β Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion
β Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution
Ideal Candidate
πΉ 5β6 years of experience in BMS / Building Automation Sales
πΉ Proven track record in sales and business development
πΉ Strong industry network with consultants and contractors
πΉ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Candidates with experience from Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or Schneider Electric will be preferred.
Education
π bachelorβs degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering
π MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
