Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Manager/Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Recruitment, based in Gurugram. The role involves leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies, from sourcing top talent to onboarding employees. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, designing job descriptions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The individual will collaborate closely with department managers to forecast hiring needs and implement recruitment tools, while also ensuring compliance with relevant hiring regulations. Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining strong employer branding and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in recruitment processes, including talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in workforce planning, job description design, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, along with knowledge of hiring compliance and labor laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related industry is desirable.
