🔶 About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Manager – Admissions to take ownership of admissions for our UG & PG programs, B.TECH BBA BCA B.COM(H) PHARMACY LAW MBA / PGDM.
The role is purely target-driven and requires end-to-end ownership of the admissions funnel—from handling leads generated through marketing campaigns to successfully converting them into enrollments.
The selected candidate will be assigned one or more programs/courses on mutual discussion and will be responsible for achieving admissions targets for the same.
🔶 Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of admissions for assigned course(s)/program(s)
- Handle and convert leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital channels, and outreach activities
- Drive lead-to-enrollment conversion through continuous follow-ups, counselling, and engagement
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets for assigned programs
- Manage the complete admissions funnel (leads → applications → conversions → enrollments)
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding program offerings, career outcomes, and value proposition
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure quality lead generation and campaign effectiveness
- Track daily performance, maintain reports, and optimize conversion strategies
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, consultants, and institutions
- Participate in seminars, fairs, and outreach activities to support admissions
🔶 Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in admissions, preferably in higher education institutions / universities
- Proven track record in converting leads into admissions/enrollments
- Strong understanding of admissions cycles, student behaviour, and conversion strategies
- Experience in handling target-driven roles with measurable outcomes
- Ability to independently manage assigned programs and deliver results
- Excellent communication, counselling, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-oriented environment
- Willing to work from Greater Noida and travel as required
- Experience with CRM/admission management systems
- Strong network of consultants, schools, and admission channels
- Background in managing high-volume lead pipelines
