JFW is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager – Ad Sales based in Chennai and Coimbatore (for the ROTN market). This role focuses on driving topline and profitability for the Chennai & ROTN markets by building strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and retail clients and expanding JFW's presence across Tamil Nadu.
POSITION SPECIFICATION
Education: Graduate
Experience: 5–7 years of strong TV/Radio/Print/Digital Ad Sales experience and a proven track record in the Chennai / Tamil Nadu market
Job Requirement :
- Strong understanding of the Chennai and Tamil Nadu advertising ecosystem
- Well-connected with leading media agencies, direct advertisers, and key retail clients in the region
- Proven experience in driving business across retail, regional brands, and enterprise clients
- Prior experience in monetizing Tamil content or working with regional media businesses will be an added advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive advertising revenue by acquiring new clients and growing existing business across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
- Build and strengthen relationships with media agencies, direct advertisers, and retail clients, positioning JFW as the preferred Digital advertising partner.
- Identify monetization opportunities by creating customized digital and content-led brand solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key advertisers to ensure sustained revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end stakeholder management with clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Build, manage, and scale a strong sales pipeline while consistently delivering monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop innovative advertising packages and integrated brand solutions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Leverage market insights, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Ensure effective sales planning and inventory utilization to maximize ROI.
- Maintain strong account management practices while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling JFW's offerings.
