The Opportunity: Sr. Manager, Medical (Hospitals/ Doctors) Partnerships– Bangalore
At Amaha, we’re trying to build a system for mental health - a system where psychiatrists, therapists, and physicians are aligned around the same patient, not working in parallel silos.
To enable this, we’re hiring high-energy, mid-career professionals (6+ years of work experience) for the role of Senior Partnerships Manager in Bangalore. The objective is to make Amaha the place doctors instinctively trust for their patients' mental health. This is not a typical field sales or BD role; you will be the face of Amaha to the Bangalore medical community, driving growth through strategic tie-ups and clinical trust.
This is a full-time, in-person role, based in Bangalore where ~60% of your time would be spent on the road in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with clinicians —specifically Psychiatrists and Psychologists - to drive consistent patient referrals.
- Being able to hold high-quality, non-transactional conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Operating with strong ethical judgment, because in healthcare, how you build matters as much as what you build when it comes to fostering trust
- Evangelise the Amaha brand - by identifying and participating in OR organising relevant clinical conferences, roundtables, and other events where Amaha clinicians can be positioned as go-to specialists.
- Manage and update the doctor ‘CRM’ to ensure all clinician engagement updates are being tracked digitally.

- Structured problem-solving skills, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
