Role Overview
As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in strengthening execution excellence, operational maturity, and institutional capability across Capital Fortunes’ investment banking and corporate finance platform.
The role involves execution oversight, workflow governance, Analyst/Sr Analyst management, productivity monitoring, and capability development across investment banking, debt syndication, project finance, structured finance, and transaction advisory mandates.
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial services expertise and prior experience managing execution teams within institutional financial services environments.
Responsibilities:
Investment Banking Execution, Operations
· Support execution across investment banking, debt syndication, project finance, structured finance, transaction advisory, and corporate finance mandates.
· Oversee workflows, review processes, financial models, pitchbooks, Information Memorandums, investor/lender materials, and transaction documentation.
· Support transaction management, due diligence coordination, investor/lender interactions, and execution preparedness.
· Support business development through market analysis, sector research, client positioning, and presentation support.
Operations Development & Excellence
· Oversee and institutionalize Analyst/Sr Analyst capability development across investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory etc;
· Govern training frameworks, review mechanisms, execution standards, and structured learning pathways across Analyst/Sr Analyst and associate levels.
· Drive productivity, utilization, execution quality, workflow efficiency, accountability, and overall operational discipline across teams.
· Establish performance monitoring, review processes and frameworks aligned with leading investment banks, Big Four firms, and GCC environments.
· Mentor and oversee Analyst/Sr Analyst development while supporting leadership in team development and building a culture of professionalism, ownership, and excellence.
