Objective:
To build and strengthen the brand in the market, ensuring strong top-of-mind recall among the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand brand ethos and plan high-impact brand campaigns (including Brand Ambassador campaigns) aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Execute planned brand campaigns within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with and monitor agencies/vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Prepare budgets and ensure all activities are within the approved budget.
- Develop concepts for marketing collaterals.
- Monitor and optimize brand communication channels for better performance.
- Track brand metrics regularly and ensure achievement of brand objectives.
- Plan and implement brand communication across all touchpoints, including project sites and sales offices, to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct market research and generate insights/reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Sales, and CRM teams for effective execution of brand programs.
Education & Experience:
- Postgraduate in Marketing or equivalent (Tier 2 colleges preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in branding
