🔧 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Head – Maintenance Engineer to lead maintenance operations in a fabrication manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting of CNC and fabrication machinery, and ensuring minimum production downtime.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance for fabrication machines.
• Maintain CNC machines and fabrication equipment to ensure smooth production.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults in machines.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.
• Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
• Handle machine installation, commissioning, and alignment.
• Supervise the maintenance team and technicians.
• Ensure safety standards, machine compliance, and proper maintenance procedures.
