Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr Link Builder to drive our off-page SEO strategy and lead a team of link-building specialists. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in white-hat link-building techniques, guest posting, outreach, and backlink analysis, as well as the ability to mentor and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Identify high-quality backlink opportunities through guest posting, niche edits, outreach, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers, bloggers, and website owners.
- Manage end-to-end guest posting campaigns, from prospecting to content coordination and publication.
- Monitor backlink quality, domain authority, and overall link profile.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead, train, and mentor the link-building team to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and digital marketing teams to align off-page activities with business goals.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure all link-building practices comply with search engine guidelines and follow ethical (white-hat) SEO techniques.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Guest Posting and Link Building.
- Experience in team handling and leadership.
- Excellent outreach and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of backlink analysis and competitor research.
- Understanding of white-hat SEO best practices.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
