Job Responsibilities :
- To improve the competitive position of manufacturing in terms of efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
- Assuring Project / Turnaround scope is optimum, fit-for-purpose to achieve HSE, reliability and cost targets.
- Assuring optimized scope for CAPEX & PIO proposals.
- Benchmarking Turnarounds, fixed costs and propose BIC Gap Closure Plans.
- Implement Best Practices in Turnaround front end planning and optimization.
- Support Manufacturing sites / plants in Critical Manufacturing IT Platforms utilization improvement
- Implement Risk based best practices to scope collection and scope challenging for Turn arounds and major projects.
- Provide leadership and manage site-based engineers/managers to drive program.
Education Requirement :
- B.Tech. in any discipline.
- MBA or Diploma in Management desirable.
- Project Management certification desirable
Experience Requirement :
- 12 # 20 yr. of experience in manufacturing / technology / Engineering / Maintenance
- People/Partner management experience. Experience in handling teams is highly desirable
