Role Description The Sr./Jr. Project Interior Quality role is a full-time, on-site position for TAJ residencies project, based in Aminjikarai, Chennai.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret project data, quality reports, and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor execution, enforce standards, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to conduct structured inspections, document non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in interior projects, construction, or real estate development, with knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and quality manuals.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites or tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; professional certifications in quality management are an advantage.
