Job Title: BIM Modeler (Fresher / Junior)
Job OverviewWe are looking for detail-oriented BIM Modelers (Senior & Junior) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution across architectural, structural, interior, landscape, and MEPF disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop BIM models for Architecture, Structure, Interior, and Landscape projects
- Understand and interpret all drawings and documents received from clients
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting) services and integrate them within BIM models
- Create and manage RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan) designs
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for project requirements and updates
- Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEPF services
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of BIM models
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain workflow and standards
- Assist in resolving design and coordination issues across disciplines
RequirementsFor Fresher Architect - BIM Modeler (Salary -15k to 20k)- 0–1+ years of experience in BIM modeling
- Basic understanding of architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings
- Familiarity with BIM software (Revit preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
For Junior-Architect - BIM Modeler (Salary -20k to 30k)- 2 or 3 years of experience in BIM modeling
- Strong expertise in Architecture, Structure, Interior, Landscape, and MEPF coordination
- Advanced knowledge of RCP design and detailing
- Proven experience in client and vendor coordination
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in preparing and reviewing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows
- Experience in clash detection and MEPF coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
