About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated Amazon Ads Expert to help scale our growing advertising business. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete Amazon advertising journey for our clients — from sales support and onboarding to campaign launch, optimization, and long-term growth.
This role requires strong expertise in Amazon Advertising products, operational excellence, and excellent client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon sellers and brand partners
2. Lead client onboarding and manage the end-to-end launch of advertising campaigns
3. Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads strategies to drive measurable growth
4. Analyse campaign performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and ROI
5. Define and track key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness
6. Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards
7. Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
8. Deliver first-class service and strategic guidance during client-facing calls
Support revenue growth through strategic upselling and account expansion opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing on Amazon
2. Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising products (SP, SB, SD, DSP preferred)
3. Proven experience managing small to mid-sized brand accounts
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
