Location: Bangalore
Exp: 8-9 Years
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 8.5+ years of experience building Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Web Services, RESTful APIs, and UI
- Strong understanding of technology and/or financial services domain
- Working knowledge of SQL, XML/JSON, messaging, and data modeling
- Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat
- Experience with web frameworks: jQuery, Struts2, JSF, AJAX libraries, AngularJS
- Proficiency in Unix scripting, Git/SVN, Maven, and Eclipse/IntelliJ
- Experience with in-memory caching (GridGain/Coherence)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and automation testing
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins
Good-to-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Capital Markets
- Knowledge of reference data
- Familiarity with static code analysis tools such as NexusIQ, Sonar, Checkmarx
- Exposure to AI-assisted development and productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, code quality or test-automation AI tools) for code generation, optimization, debugging, and documentation
- Candidate to have some exposure to messaging systems like MQ or Kafka.
