About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the PHP development team to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout development phases.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve application functionalities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in PHP, with hands-on experience in Laravel and CodeIgniter frameworks
- Strong knowledge of MySQL and relational database design
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend integration
- Familiarity with REST API development and integration
- Version control experience using Git
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in PHP development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Preferred
- Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
