About The Role
As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will play a key role in protecting the organization’s information systems with a focus on identity and access management (IAM). This position requires strong technical judgment, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset. Success in this role depends not only on technical expertise, but also on clear communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain identity and access management capabilities across enterprise systems
- Monitor security controls and user activity to identify risks and potential issues
- Participate in incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and procedures
- Partner closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure secure and reliable access
- Create clear documentation, reports, and status updates for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Mentor junior team members and contribute positively to team culture and shared goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in IT security, IAM, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of identity, access management, and security principles
- Experience working in both on‑premises and cloud environments
- Ability to analyze security issues, assess risk, and recommend practical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Strong collaboration skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
- Industry certifications in security or IAM are a plus
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
