Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US Staffing and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and VMS requirements across various IT technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and submit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and vendors.
- Work on ATS/VMS tools and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and recruiting processes.
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
- Good knowledge of visa types and US job market.
Preferred:
- Experience working with direct clients/VMS requirements.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
