About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Management Specialist to lead and oversee the execution of complex technology initiatives. This role involves managing project lifecycles, mentoring project teams, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Allocate resources effectively, including internal teams and external vendors
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience delivering complex IT projects
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, or equivalent)
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives
- Strong portfolio and program management experience
