The Role
We are hiring a Senior IT / ERP Technical Recruiter who can consistently deliver inside complex enterprise hiring environments.
You will:
- own full-cycle recruiting across ERP and enterprise technology roles,
- conduct structured technical qualification conversations,
- align compensation, availability, work authorization, and delivery constraints early,
- deliver high-quality, submission-ready candidates,
- drive process momentum from submission through offer/start,
- and protect client trust through precision and follow-through.
Primary focus areas include:
- SAP & Cloud ERP
- Cloud & DevOps
- Data & AI
- Cybersecurity
- Product & Engineering
This is a performance role, not an activity-tracking role.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- 3% commission on first 5 placements
- 5% commission starting from the 6th placement onward
- Additional incentives tied to performance and consistency
